Answering Attorneys offers a free trial period to every firm, so that we can get an idea of your call volume, and to make sure that our service is set up to work exactly how you need it to. Here are the steps we take to establish your service with us.
Setup the way we answer your phones
We answer for your unique firm. The way we answer your phones and the scripts we follow with your callers are customized when you sign up with us.
Setting up call protocols
Depending on the type of call, you’ll want our receptionists to perform different actions. Newclients can be patched to you, while existing clients can leave a detailed message.
Setting up call forwarding
We can answer your calls on the first ring, or we can allow the call to ring on your phone a fewtimes before it forwards over to us. We also help you get this setup with your phone provider.
The Free Trial
Once your call forwarding, scripting, and protocols are all established, your free trial hasofficially begun. During this time, you’ll start receiving messages, transfer attempts from our receptionists, and legal intakes from your potential new clients.

No, we don’t take a credit card or payment before you become a customer. After the free trial, if you wish to continue with us, is when you’ll give us a credit card.
Your trial will last for 14 days, or until you use 200 minutes. At that point, we will give you a call to go over your usage and agree on a monthly rate going forward.
